How long a withdrawal takes depends on where it goes.

Bank account (Indonesia)Up to 3 business days in total — we process the request within 1 business day, then the receiving bank credits the money.

Crypto wallet (USDT TRC-20)Usually a few minutes: once the transaction is confirmed on-chain, it is done.

While the status still shows Pending, your funds are safe and on their way. If a bank withdrawal has taken longer than 3 business days, send us the transaction details via the Contact tab.
