Why is my top-up taking so long?

Most top-ups from a partner platform arrive within minutes. A longer wait is usually one of these:

  • The platform is still processing on its side — check its own status page first
  • You sent on the wrong network — only USDT TRC-20 arrives to Zorion
  • The wallet number was mistyped when you sent it

If it's been over 1 hour with no change, contact support with your transaction hash (or the platform's order ID) and we'll trace it.
