How do I close my virtual card?

Closing is final: the card stops working and cannot be reopened. Check your active subscriptions first.

1. Find Close card

Scroll the Cards tab down to Manage and tap Close card.

2. Check your subscriptions

Anything still billing this card will be declined once it is closed — the payment simply fails, which can cost you the subscription. Tap I confirm when you have checked.

3. The card is closed

It stops working immediately.

4. The balance is back in your wallet

Whatever was left on the card returns to your wallet balance and appears in your transactions as Transfer from card.

A card can also close on its own, after three declined payments in a row. The remaining balance comes back either way.
