Why isn't my transfer going through?

Transfers between Zorion wallets are instant and free, so when one does not go through it is usually one of these:

The wallet numberCheck the recipient's number character by character — it starts with GGUT. A transfer sent to a number that exists but is not theirs cannot be reversed.

The amountMake sure your balance covers what you are sending.

If both look right and it still fails, message us from the Contact tab with the email you registered with and a screenshot of the error, and we will trace it.
