How do I report a transaction I don't recognize?

Found a transaction in your history that you didn't make?

1. Open the transaction and note its ID/hash, amount, and time
2. Contact support with those details — a screenshot helps
3. We investigate and get back to you, usually within 1 business day

The sooner you report it, the sooner we can look into whether it's still preventable — don't wait to see if more show up.
